Day One, My Plan

My starting weight is 224. I plan to take digestive enzymes so that my body can process my food better. I also plan to drink my 8 eight ounce glasses of water per day plus one glass of water for every 25lbs I plan to loose and one glass of water for every soda that I drink. I plan to eat more often in smaller amounts. If I get hungry in between meals, I plan to eat fruit to tide me over. My typical day will probably include cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch and grilled or baked chicken for dinner with a veggie on the side but if something else looks or sounds good, I won't beat myself up over it, just eat a small portion. I do plan to cut way back on the sodas, that will probably make a big difference in itself. Lastly but also important I plan to excersize three to four times a week and try to take the stairs to my office when I can. My goal weight is 150lbs.
