My strategy.

I am starting at 345 pounds. I have the most to lose, as I need to drop 125 pounds to reach my optimal weight. My strategy will be a combination of optimizing my digestion and metabolism, as well as eating healthier with smaller portions. I started off today with a visit to the grocery store and bought mostly chicken and fruit. I plan on eating bran flakes for breakfast most days, with apples and other fruit for snacks. I will be eating organic wraps with lunchmeats and pepper jack cheese for lunches. My dinner will be grilled chicken and veggies. I find it is easier to diet with a small selection that is easy to prepare vs a ton of options that can be difficult to prepare. I will also be eating some digestive enzymes with my meals, as I have read that they are good for improving digestive processes and metabolism, and can assist in cleaning out junk left in the colon.
