I hate to admit it but it appears to be true. I am a carb addict. That is not good news. I am doing the low carb thing. I refused cake and ice cream today. I also ate vegetables for my supper...Brussel sprouts and brocolli. It isn't that great but I am getting healthy no matter what.
I weighed in today at 286. I have lost ground but only for the moment.
